Jacqueline "Jackie" Ann Coulter age 64 of Lamar passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at Johnson Regional Medical Center. She was born April 10, 1955 at Odessa, Texas to the late Bobby Lee Melton and Nancy Loraine Robinson Melton. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Terry Shaffer; her second husband, H.L. Duff Jr.; her third husband, Lawrence Coulter and her siblings, Bobby Neal Melton, Debbie Shay, and Pam Blasczyk.

Mom had to have her essentials, Coca Cola, Reeses and cigarettes. She was an avid reader, gave advice to all within ear shot, and loved her family so much. Despite her many physical disabilities the last few years, if you'd "give her a minute", she continued to be independent and as strong willed as ever right until the end. Mom had different phases in life, she was an 80's lady, a young teen newlywed mother, newly widowed new mother, then Granny Jackie helping raise her baby boy Tristan and the girls. Each phase done absolutely differently, but all with her own stubborn Melton style, without much complaint…. As long as she had the last word.

Survivors include her children, Lori Watson (Todd) of Hagarville, Arkansas, Terry Shaffer (Beth) of Fredericksburg, Virgina, Amberly Duff, Heather Collier all of Lamar, Arkansas; her stepchildren, Ronald Coulter of Illinois, Ryan Coulter (Mandy), Renee Coulter all of Oklahoma, Rhonda Hernandez of Clarksville, Arkansas, Ray Coulter (Amanda) of Russellville, Arkansas, Earnest Duff, Daniel Duff (Melody) all of Clarksville, Arkansas, Bonita Long (Mark), Gary Duff (Michelle), Laquita Duff, Brady Duff (Lesa) all of Lamar, Arkansas; thirty eight grandchildren; fifty great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00A.M., Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Roller Cox Funeral Home in Clarksville. Visitation will be held Saturday, 10:00A.M. to 11:00A.M. prior to the service.
