James Anderson Moore, age 76 of Danville, passed away Saturday, December 30, 2023 at Baptist Health Medical Center in North Little Rock.

He was born May 1, 1947 in Russellville, Arkansas to the late Floyd Anderson Moore and Audie Marie Buchanan Moore. He was a member of the Blue Hole Hunting Club and retired truck driver. James was preceded in death by his parents; a son, James "Bubba" Moore; son-in-law, Brad Teeter; sister, Ruth Poplin; mother-in-law, Velma Ivey; sister-in-law, Geraldine Moore and brother-in-law, Danny Garner.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy Ivey Moore; children, Rick Moore (Jennifer) of Russellville, AR, ShannonDee Petty of Gladewater, TX, Alicia

Stephany (Ron) of Delaware, AR, Kenny Joe Moore (Melissa) of Dardanelle, AR; brothers, Bill Moore (Dequita) of Pottsville, AR, Carroll Moore of

Concord, NC; sisters, Emma Lou Wedge (Michael) of Magnolia, TX, Janice Garner of Wills Point, TX and Wanda Hixson of Dardanelle, AR; grandchildren, Nichole Moore, Aaron Moore, Blake Moore (Chariti), Chase Moore, Kalen Petty, Tori Petty, Kiera Moore (Justin), Brayden Moore, Kaylin Moore, Claxton Joe Moore, Brice Ward (Shaylee), Ashlyn Lee (CJ) and nine great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle with Steve Ivey officiating. Visitation will be held 5:00P.M. to 8:00P.M. Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle. Burial will be in Brearley Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Buck Gililland, Brandon Clemons, Jimmy Marple, CJ Lee, Brice Ward, Brayden Moore, Blake Moore and Lee Weatherall.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Bobby Kinsey and members of the Blue Hole Hunting Club.
