James Mitchell Carroll, age 42 of Russellville, passed away Saturday, December 7, 2019 in Knoxville. He was born March 17, 1977 at Danville, Arkansas to Roger Carroll and Vickie Taylor Carroll. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Maxine and Wallace Taylor, Archie and Doyle Carroll; his wife, Jennifer Lynn Proctor-Carroll; uncle, Jimmy Taylor; great uncle, Dub Taylor.

Survivors include his parents, Vickie Taylor, Roger Carroll; three children, McKenzie, Madison and Christopher and two sisters, Kristy and Justina Carroll.
