James Carl Christopher age 61 of Russellville died Friday, August 9, 2019 at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center. He was born February 27, 1958 at Mobile, Alabama to the late Washington Eugene and Ivy Tweedy Christopher. He served in the United States Army, he loved the New Orleans Saints, fishing and his family. He will be forever missed. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Diane Addie and one brother, Kenneth Christopher.

Survivors include his children, James, Keith, Steven, Natasha and Tamara Christopher and Amber Barnhill; two brothers, Jerry Christopher, Bobby Christopher and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00P.M., Saturday, August 17, 2019 at the Shreveport Baptist Temple.
