James Cook James Harold Cook age 52 of Russellville died Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center. He was born March 3, 1962 at Danville to James Lee Cook and Carolyn Ada Collins. He was a truck driver and was employed by Con Agra Foods for 25 years. He loved working on cars, going fishing and especially his little buddy, his grandson Payton. He was preceded in death by his father, James Lee Cook and one brother, Franklin Denney. Survivors include his mother, Carolyn Murphree of Russellville; two children, Jamie Sayavonga of Merced, CA, Jessica Cook of Russellville; three sisters, Debra Jenkins and husband James of Dover, Donna Mcillwain and husband Charles Jr. of Russellville, Stephanie Murphree and companion Stephanie Dolph of Russellville; three grandchildren, Payton Cook of Atkins, Alexis Schmidt of Atkins, Khloe Sayavonga of Merced, CA.
