Jim Jones

James "Jim" Dodson Jones age 81 of Danville died Friday, January 19, 2018 at his home. He was born May 26, 1936 at Omega, Arkansas to the late Floyd and Mary Sue Dacus Jones. He attended the Mt. George Church of Christ and was preceded in death by his parents; one son, James Ronald Jones; two granddaughters, Cindy Jones and Victoria Nicole Jones.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Elaine Chansley Jones of Danville; Melinda Phillips of Dardanelle, Melissa Standridge (Mike) of Dardanelle, Dean Jones (Christina) of Omega, Jake Jones (Kim) of Hector; eight grandchildren, Paul Pearson, Amiee Mellon, Erin Standridge, Brandy George, Mayle Jones, Zoe Jones, Kinlynn Jones, Jessica Jones and three great grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00P.M., Saturday, May 26, 2018 at their home on Alpha Road.
