James E. Fisher age 88 of Dardanelle passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at his home. He was born July 2, 1932 in Oklahoma to the late Tommy Fisher and Laura Branscum Fisher. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Effie Mae Fisher; one son, James Chance Fisher; two daughters, Carolyn Gooden, Debra Hampton; three brothers, Harold, William and Doc Fisher and two sisters, Earnestine Barefield and Marie Hutson.

Survivors include three grandchildren, Carol Leann Richards of Dardanelle, Darlon Hampton of Alabama, Tracey Cross of California; two great grandchildren, David Howell, James Howell; nephews, Mickey and Carolyn Barefield of Ola, Jimmy and Sylvia Barefield of Washington State; niece, Sherry and Bruce Johns of Pottsville and two great nieces, Chasity and Nick Gault of Danville and Robin Barefield of Ola.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00A.M., Saturday, October 31, 2020 at Pisgah Cemetery in Pottsville.
