James Paul Jean, 81 of Belleville, passed away Friday, April 3, 2020 at his home. He was born October 17, 1938 in Dardanelle, Arkansas to the late James F. and Laura Sladgen Jean. Mr. Jean was a Navy veteran and a cattle farmer. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Patsy Ann Yates Jean.

Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, James and Valerie Jean of Rover.
