James Metz age 69 of Dover went to his final home on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center. He was born December 8, 1947 at Russellville to Alvin Dean and Grace Rhindress Metz. He was a Master Mason, collected knives, cb radios and he loved his grandkids.

Survivors include his children, Judy Baughman and husband Ben, Patti Qualls and husband Tony, Jessie Stone and husband Brad, James Metz and wife Jean; twenty grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.

A family conducted memorial service will be held at a later date.
