James Ray Nail age 64 of Ola went to be with the Lord Sunday, March 24, 2013 at his home. He was born April 14, 1949 in Russellville, AR to James Thomas & Lois Lorene Riley Nail. He was a member of the Ola First Baptist Church and Kingston Hunting Club. He worked for the Arkansas State Highway Department for 20 years. He also loved fishing, hunting, going to church camp, collecting coins and his grandkids. Preceded in death by his parents and an Aunt Lucille Kelly. Survivors include his wife of 20 years Pansy Nail; son & daughter-in-law Kirk & Felicia McConnell of Centerville; daughter & son-in-law Sonya & Doug Daniel of Alma; brothers & sisters-in-law, Tony & Sherri Nail of Harkeys Valley; Lynn & Gloria Nail of Ola; sisters & brother-in-law Elizabeth Walker of Ola; Katherine & Jim Melnick of Lonoke; grandchildren Dawson, Dallas and Drew Daniel, Kirsten & Shawn McConnell; uncle Cecil Kelly of Tulsa, OK; several nieces, nephews and many friends. Pallbearers include Tom Shinn, Mickey Shinn, Austin Blalack, Pete Kelly, Allen Nash, Han Lin, Tony Nail Jr. and Brian Ward. Honorary pallbearers will be Arkansas State Highway & Transportation Department and Kingston Hunting Club. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday March 27, 2013 at Ola First Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Hatfield, Rev. Donald Walker and Rev. Ethan Robinson. Burial will be at Ringer Cemetery.
