James Paul May age 76 of Danville passed away Friday, March 18, 2016 at the Arkansas Heart Hospital.

He was born October 2, 1939 in Plainview, Arkansas to the late                     Preston & Carrie Hall May. He was an Airforce Veteran and a teacher.

Preceded in death by his father, Preston May; mother & step-father, Carrie & Jim Prince; sister, Claudine May Rogers.

Survivors include his son, Daryle & Kim May of Amarillo, TX.; daughter, Kristin May Messer of Amarillo, TX.; brother, Johnny May of Amarillo, TX.; sister, Charlotte & Bob Solley of Plainview; aunt, Johnnie Hall of Danville; grandchildren, Karlee & Ernie Sandoval; Jordin Messer; Berkley Messer; Briana Barrow & Roger Villarreal; Cody Silgero; Jaden May; Robert & Mia Wilson; several nephews & nieces.

Memorial service 2:00 pm Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at Plainview First Baptist Church with Bro. Joe Yates and Bro. Johnny Upchurch.

Visitation will be 1:00 to 2:00 pm before service at the church.
