James Robert Sisco, age 78 of Ola, passed away Thursday, June 13, 2024 at the VA Hospital in Little Rock. He was born March 13, 1946 in Hollister, Missouri to the late Paul Sisco and Bessie Mills Sisco. He was a member of the Centerville Freewill Baptist church and he was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Evelyn Smith Sisco; Daughter, Shelly Gray; brothers, Ray and Rex Sisco and a sister, Joyce Furman.

Survivors include his children, Janice Standridge, Carol Baker (Rick), James Sisco Jr.; one sister, JoAnna Marlett; nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00A.M., Thursday, June 20, 2024 at the Centerville Freewill Baptist Church with Bro. Charles Lewis officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday, 5:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at Cornwell Funeral Home in Dardanelle. Burial will be in Needmore Cemetery in Casa.

Pallbearers will be Josh Lankin, Joey Lankin, Ricky Baker, Matt Baker, Caleb Barnett, and Austin Barnett.

Honorary Pallbearer will be Tyler Sisco.
