Jane Brown Rhine age 93 of Russellville died Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home. She was born May 1, 1922 at Pottsville to the late George and Dora Adcock Bradford. She was a member of the Dardanelle First Baptist Church and B&PW, was active in the Yell County Senior Center and a volunteer at the Dardanelle Hospital for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Woody Brown; her second husband, George Rhine; two sisters and four brothers.
Survivors include two sons, George (Betty) Brown, Larry (Linda) Brown all of Russellville; one brother, Macel Brown of Oklahoma; four grandchildren, Francis Reed of Russellville, John (Carrie) Alexander of Missouri, Lee Brown of Dardanelle, Dr. Rebecca Bilby (Dr. Chris) of Hot Springs and twelve great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00A.M., Saturday, November 21, 2015 at Cornwell Chapel with Bro. Carl Fair officiating. Burial will be in Volman Cemetery in Bigelow at 1:30P.M. Visitation will be held Friday, 5:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at the chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Dardanelle First Baptist Church, 118 South 2nd Street, Dardanelle, Arkansas 72834.
