Janet Lee Cummings age 76 of Havana passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at Chambers Memorial Hospital.

She was born October 3, 1946 in Los Angeles, CA. to the James & Phyllis Kircher Adams. She was a member of Sheperd's Chapel in Gravett, Arkansas and a retired RN.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Junior Adams.

Survivors include her daughters, Gina Rebecca Cassidy; Jamie Michelle Dickson; Janette Anna Pogue; grandchildren, Sophia Michell Dickson and Ashto Pogue.
