Jaslyn Alyvia Phillips (infant) became a angel on July 10, 2018 at Children's Hospital in Little Rock.

She was born June 18, 2018 in Russellville, Arkansas to Jason & Amber Hankins Phillips.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Paul & Eva Phillips; sister, Cheyenne Jo; aunts, Connie Tinsley and Carrie Graham; uncle, John Phillips.

Survivors include her parents, siblings, Ashley Phillips, Zachary Phillips of Gosnell; Aaron Phillips of Dardanelle; Lynsey Phillips, Harley Phillips and Zoey Phillips all of Havana; grandparents, David & Marilyn Hankins of Danville; niece, Tatum Phillips; aunts & uncles, Paulette & James Crabill of Dardanelle; Jerry & Sonya Phillips of Glenwood; Jimmy & Liz Phillips of Miami, FL; Billy & Sandy Hankins of Blue Mountain; Dana Acree of Poteau, OK; and Laura & Dee Mills of Panama, OK.

Graveside service will be 10 am Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Havana Cemetery.
