Jeanette Lucille Westlake age 99 of Plainview died Friday, January 11, 2019 at her home. She was born February 15, 1919 at Carmi, Illinois to the late Samuel and Nellie Karnes Hatcher. She was a member of the Plainview Eastern Star and was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Wayne Westlake; her sons, Gary Wayne Westlake, David Lynn Westlake and her siblings, Floyd, Vernell, Opal, Fern, Laverne, and Buck.

Survivors include two daughters, "Kay" Everett , "D.J." Westlake, both of Plainview; daughter-in-law, Vickie Westlake of Virginia; one sister, Rosemary and one brother, Vic of Illinois; three grandchildren, Ashley Carr, Laura Garrett, Tron Westlake; six great grandchildren, Sam Carr, Jake Carr, Emma Carr, Daniel Carr, Ember Westlake, William Dawson Garrett.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle with Joe Taylor officiating. Burial will be in Carter Cove Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, 1:00P.M. to 2:00P.M. at the chapel prior to the service.
