Jeff Owen, age 68 of Pottsville, passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at Paris Health and Rehab Center. He was born July 27, 1953 in Bakersfield, California to the late Arliss Harmon. He loved playing Cribbage, two stepping and going to Renaissance Fairs. Jeff was preceded in death by his mother, Arliss Harmon of Bakersfield and a sister, Lee Owen of Bakersfield.

Survivors include his three children, Deedra MacKenzie of Des Moine, Iowa, Jonathan Owen of Magna, Utah, Dan Owen of Surprise, Arizona; one sister, Jeri; twelve grandchildren; two nieces, Sarah, Emily and his longtime friend, Naomi Fish of Pottsville.
