Jeff Shields Jeffrey "Jeff" David Shields age 60 of Russellville died Friday, October 9, 2015. He was born June 10, 1955 at California to Jack and Mary Shields. He was a member of the Journey Church in Russellville. He was a sign maker for many years, and an artist. Most of all he loved his family, especially his grandkids. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carla Shields; one son, David Shields; mother, Mary Shields and one brother, Kenny Shields. Survivors include his father, Jack Shields of California; one son, Ryan Shields (Jakki) of Florida; three grandchildren, Gabriel, Ruby and Lula Mae Shields all of Florida.
