Jennifer Lynn Carroll age 36 of Russellville passed away, Saturday, December 7, 2019 in Knoxville. She was born December 6, 2019 at San Antonio, Texas to Charles Proctor and Donna Proctor. She was preceded in death by her mother, Donna Proctor; her husband, James Carroll and her memaw.

Survivors include her father, Charles Proctor; three children, Alisa Long, Makayla, Christopher Carroll and one sister, Angela Proctor.
