Jerold Lawrence Ware, Sr., age 93 of Dardanelle passed away Saturday, January 25, 2025 at his home. He was born March 19, 1931 in Dardanelle, Arkansas to the late John Ware and Verla Mae Coffey Ware. Jerold loved working outdoors, raising cattle and staying active by walking. He was inducted into the Dardanelle High School Athletic Hall of Fame in October 2024 for his excellence in Track and Field.  Jerold was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Jean; daughter, Glenda; brothers, Frankie and Johnny and a sister, Anna.

Survivors include two sons, Jerry Ware, Gerald Ware (Lucy); grandchildren, Joseph Ware (Kristen), Maranda Zolliecoffer (Richard), Zack Ware (Jessie), Kyle Ware (Tiffany), Deanah and nine great grandchildren.
