Jerry Paul Phillips age 55 of Danville passed away Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Mitchell's Nursing Home.

He was born August 4, 1963 in Dardanelle, AR to the late Paul Edward & Eva Ruth Moats Phillips. He was a National Guard Veteran.

He was preceded by his parents, brothers, John Phillips and sisters, Connie Tinsley and Carrie Graham.

Survivors include his children, Melissa Phillips and Kyle Phillips of California. Brothers, Jimmy & Liz Phillips of Florida; Jason & Amber Phillips of Havana; sister Paulette & James Crabill of Dardanelle.
