Jerry Wayne Smith age 40 of Russellville passed away Thursday, August 29, 2019 at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center. He was born August 23, 1979 at Little Rock, Arkansas to Jerry Smith and Stella Clayton. He was an employee of Delta Pest Control and he enjoyed hunting, wrestling, and music. His was an excellent provider and a loving husband to his wife of 13 years. He loved and adored his three beautiful daughters. For everything he did, he did for those he loved. He brought laughter, joy, and happiness to all those that knew him. He was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Cathy Simpson and his grandparents, Wanda Dixon, Juanita Smith, Louise and Lesley Clayton.

Survivors include his wife, Stephanie Smith; three children, Shyra Simpson, Autumn Smith, Sage Rayelinn Smith; parents, Jerry Smith and Stella Clayton; one brother, Jeremy Partain; three sisters, Lisa LeWallen, Samantha Hood, Joannie Quinton; father-in-law, Steve Simpson (Pam), one sister-in-law, Andrea Taylor-Garza (Mario) and his best friends, Rickie Lee, Ronnie Lee, Danny Lee, Bobby Dacus and Brian Bond and many loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 3:00P.M., Monday, September 2, 2019 at the Crow Mountain Baptist Church. Visitation will be held Sunday, 3:00P.M. to 5:00P.M. at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle.
