Jessie Ray Dobbs Jr. age 67 of Rover passed away October 18, 2011 at St. Marys Hospital. He was born December 24, 1944 in Shreveport, LA. to the late Jessie Ray and Maurine Stanfield Dobbs. He was a Marine Veteran. He was preceded by his parents and wife Barbara Dobbs. Survivors include his grandson Gerald Bubba Dunnam; and good friends Gerald & Julie Dunnam all of Rover.
