Jessie Bernice Lewis age 98 of Ola, passed away Sunday, September 21, 2025 at her home. She was born September 3, 1927 in Casa, Arkansas to the late Jess Douglas and Henrietta Bradley Douglas. Jessie was a member of the Centerville Free Will Baptist Church and she loved fishing, gardening and ironing. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Hartsell Lewis; her siblings, Steven Douglas, Ina Faye Douglas; her children, Stevie Lewis, Karen Darlene Lewis, Paula Denise Orrell; great grandchildren, Ashtin Lewis, Hattie Orrell and a daughter-in-law, Latricia Lewis.

Survivors include three children, Charles Michael Lewis, Keith O'Neal Lewis (Carla), Karla Ketchum (Rickey); one sister, Thelma Jean McAnulty; sixteen grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; fifty three great great grandchildren and numerous nephews, nieces and other family members.

Visitation will be held Thursday, 6:00P.M. to 8:00P.M. at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle. Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Friday at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle with Charles Lewis officiating. Burial will be in Casa Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Ian King, Austin Lewis, Kasey Lewis, Derrick Damon, Mickey Orrell, and Frankie Allred.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Clint Flood, Stephen McConnell, Physicians at Millard Henry Clinic, Stephen Brown, Alan Bradley, Ben Cross, Tony Haley, Rick Ketchum, Lance Ketchum and Bryan King.
