Jewel l Murders

Jewell Cearley Murders age 91 of Dardanelle died Friday, September 2, 2011 at River Valley Medical Center. She was born July 26, 1920 at Joplin, AR to the late Phillip Denton and Ada Eva Lee Standefer Cearley. She was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church and was an avid reader, quilter and gardener. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Hermon Samuel Murders; one son, Herman David Murders and six siblings.

Survivors include three sons, Steve Murders of Dardanelle, Phillip Murders and wife Kim of Russellville, Danny Murders and wife Frances of Pottsville; one sister, Eva Lee Taylor of Greenfield, IN; twelve grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; nine great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held 10:00A.M., Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at Rock Springs in Jessieville. Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 6, 2011 from 6:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at the funeral home. .

Pallbearers will be grandsons.
