Jewel Lee Pennington age 81 of Dardanelle died Saturday, March 31 at the Paris Health and Rehab. She was born May 29, 1930 in Logan County to the late Seth Reed and Mamie Woods Farnam. She worked in nursing homes and was a home health care aide. She was a member of the Faith Church in Dardanelle. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Austin Pennington, brother, S. R. Farnam and two sisters, Lavona Hodges Jaggers and Joyce Oleta Sims. Survivors include two brothers, Donald "Sonny Boy" Farnam and Leroy Farnam both of Dardanelle. Nephews, Ronnie and Marvetta Farnam, Monroe Hodges & Neil Sims, nieces, Kathryn Jones, Connie and Doyle McEntrye, Debbie and Gary Noel, Beth and Terry Green, Cindy and Donald Lamb, Patty Farnam and Donna Farnam. Graveside services will be Tuesday, April 3, 2012, 10 AM at Elizabeth Hall Cemetery with Rev. David Jay Officiating. Visitation will be Monday, April 2, 2012, 10 AM until 7 PM at Cornwell Funeral Home, Dardanelle. Arrangements are by Cornwell Funeral Home, Dardanelle.
