Jimmie Ray Robinson age 46 of Plainview passed away July 2, 2018.

He was born May 19, 1972 in Danville, Arkansas to Carnie Ray & Mary Lee Ledbetter Robinson. Jimmie served 19 ½ years in the Army National Guard. He was a 1991 Danville High School graduate, and a member of the Plainview Fire Department. He was a log truck drive for Matt Davis' Logging.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Robinson; infant twins, Dylan and Dakota Robinson.

Survivors include his wife Laura Robinson; father & step-mother, Ray & Janie Robinson of Danville; children, John David Green of Plainview; Shawn Green of Casa; Paige Green of Plainview; Jay Robinson of Plainview; Cameron Robinson of Jonesboro; brother, Philip & Melissa Robinson of Bakersfield, CA; sisters, Laurie & Roger Brand of Belleville; Cindy & Timothy Sherrill of Bluffton; Dana & Tony Rizzo of Havana; sister & brother-in-law, Samantha & Steven Douglas of Casa; father-in-law, Bill Lipe of Belleville; mother & father-in-law, Susie & David Cosby of Plainview.

Memorial service will be 2:00 pm Saturday, July 7, 2018 at the Plainview Fire Department in Plainview.

Pallbearers will be Nick Lawrence, J.J, Johnson, John David Green, Shawn Green, Steven Douglas, and Kendal Phipps.

Honorary pallbearers will be the Plainview Fire Department and the retired members.
