Jimmie Lee Thompson age 79 of Belleville passed away Friday, August 07, 2015 at his home. He was born August 17, 1935 in Havana Arkansas to the late Willie Lee Pate & Ruby Thompson. He was a retired truck driver, a member of the Wilson Free Will Baptist Church and a active member of the Belleville City Council since 2004. He was preceded in death by his wife Reva Su Murphy Thompson; sons, Donnie Sisk; Joey Sisk; grandson, Aiden Plez Alvey. Survivors include his children, Cindy & Bill Stevens of McPherson, Kansas; Rusty & Vickie of Bloomer; Cassie & Marshall Hewitt of Belleville; brother, Freddie & Patsy Pate of Des Arc; 14 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. Memorial service will be 7:00 p.m. Friday, August 14, 2015 at Grace Memorial Church in Belleville. Burial will be at Havana Cemetery at a later date. Cremation arrangements by Cornwell Funeral Home Danville and River Valley Crematory Dardanelle.
