Jimmy Ray Rose age 66 of Plainview died Saturday, February 25th, 2017 at his home. He was

born September 5, 1950 in TX to Rachel Elizabeth Noblett Rose and Edward Faye

Rose. He was proceeded in death by his parents and step dad Ralph Burfield and brother Danny

Burfield.

He is survived by his wife of 43 yrs, Mildred Rose of Plainview; son Jimmy Allen Rose (Chris) of

Russellville, daughter Christy Wise (Willie) of Plainview, Billy Rose (Amy) of Ola, step son James

Allen Pitts (Lisa) of Morrilton, and step daughter Teresa Pitts of Ola, brothers Larry Rose

(Debbie) of Birta, Charles Rose (Leola) of Centerville, Caroll Rose (Linda) of Ola, Randy Burfield

of Glenwood, sisters Brenda Treadwell of Ola, Debbie Holt (David) of Mt. George, Charlene

Rainey (Darrell) of Casa, and grand-daughter Reanna Mckinley (Brandon) of Clarksville, Gabby

Martinez of Morrilton, Brittany Martinez of Plainview, Madelyn Rose of Fayetteville, and Abigail Rose of Ola and numerous other grandkids and great

grandkids. He was a member of Hilltop Church of Plainview, AR. Jimmy was retired from Deltic

Timber after 32 years, he was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved the outdoors and

spending time with his family especially his great grand daughters Arianna and Skylar. He

served in the Army National Guard for 6 years.

Memorial services will be held at 10:00A.M., Friday, March 3, 2017 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle.
