Jimmy Lynn Smith, age 76 of Atkins, passed away Monday, June 26, 2023 at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center. He was born August 18, 1946 in Russellville, Arkansas to the late John Smith and Edna Vinson Smith. He was a member of the Full Gospel Outreach Church in Russellville. Jimmy was the first born of triplets. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Sue Martin and one brother, Johnny Smith.

Survivors include his wife, Janet Smith of Atkins; four children, Jimmy Glen Smith of Texas, Tess Nordin of Russellville, Dino and Nouesia Cossey of Dardanelle, Becky Dixon of Russellville; one brother, Jerry Smith of Russellville; three sisters, Shirley Smith of Russellville, Betty and Charles Brown of Pocahontas, Louise Conway of Benton; nine grandchildren, Letitia, Morgan, Sydney, Joey, Hollie, Rin, Hannah, Colten, Lawton; thirteen great grandchildren; a son-in-law, Larry Dixon of Atkins and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Thursday, June 29, 2023 at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle. Visitation will be held Wednesday, 6:00P.M. to 8:00P.M. at the chapel.
