Jimmy Lee Strnad, age 79 of Dardanelle, passed away Monday, October 2, 2023 at Conway Regional Medical Center. He was born June 21, 1944 in Dardanelle, Arkansas to the late Paul Strnad and Mary Cinger Strnad. He was of the Catholic Faith and was a hard worker. He worked as a chemical engineer in Texas for 35 years. Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Paul E. Strnad, Ernest Strnad and one nephew, Mark Qualls.

Survivors include one sister, Mary Lou Qualls; one brother, Stanley Strnad (JoAnn); several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Friday, October 6, 2023 at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle with Father Omar Galvan officiating. Visitation will be held Friday, 1:00P.M. to 2:00P.M. at the chapel prior to the service. Burial will be private in Brearley Cemetery in Dardanelle.
