Jo Ann Marshall age 77 of Ola passed away peacefully, Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville. She was born January 10, 1941 at Ola, Arkansas to the late Joe Barnes and Jearldine Lewis Barnes. Jo Ann was a caring woman, loving mother and would do anything for anyone. The most important thing in her life was her entire family. She was a devoted nurse for Dr. Pennington and the Yell County Nursing Home for 52 years. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Johnny Barnes and Kenneth Barnes.

Survivors include her daughters, Donna Graham and husband Glendon of Mt. George, Dianne Foster of Fayetteville, Bobbie Meredith of Springdale, Susan Cavins of Russellville; nine grandchildren, Jackie Lee of Little Rock, Nick Graham of Lowell, Dylan Foster of Russellville, Joshua Foster of Orlando, FL., Alicia Foster of Fayetteville, Nicole Ford of Springdale, Kacie Marshall of Rover, Ashley Cavins of Russellville, Matthew Cavins of Plainview; thirteen great grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Brenda Carol Davis, Polly Nobles, Judy Kious and husband Mike; sister-in-law, Linda Barnes, all of Sand Springs, OK, Ronny Barnes and wife Jan of Ola, Margaret Stanley and husband Bill of Dardanelle, David Barnes and wife Lillian, Tracy Barnes both of Ola and nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at the Ola First Baptist Church. Visitation will be held Wednesday, 1:00P.M. to 2:00P.M. at the church prior to the service. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery in Ola.

Pallbearers will be her nephews, Leslie Barnes, Little Johnny Davis, Shane Milford, Dewayne Barnes, Joey Barnes, Brandon Barnes, Kent Barnes, Mark Stanley, Wade Stanley, David Ray Barnes.
