Jo Ann Whitted Jo Ann Whitted age 73 of Russellville died Saturday, October 19, 2013 at National Park Medical Center. She was born July 14, 1940 at La Planto, AR to the late Cicero and Hazel NitaBelle Copeland. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William Arvil Whitted; sister, Joyce Hicks; brother, Billy Copeland and a grandson, Randy Whitted. Survivors include four children, William and Linda Whitted of Dover, Robert and Sharlene Whitted of Ola, Tony Whitted of Russellville, Bonnie and Eddie Reed of London; two sisters, Patsy Boles of Fayetteville, Sue Gilbert of Cleveland, MS; brothers, Jimmy Barnes of Springfield, IL, Earl Whitted of Dover; seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
