On Sunday November 14 2021, Jo Ann (Marchbanks) Woodruff — mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and teacher — left this life and found eternal peace.

Jo Ann was born Feb 24, 1946 in Bragg City, MO to Curtis and Lucille Marchbanks. She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her three children, Larry Woodruff of Danville, AR, Bruce Woodruff and his wife Lynn of East End, AR and Gina Grubbs and her husband Harper of Danville, AR, one grandson, Justin Grubbs of Conway, AR, six sisters, one brother, and numerous nephews and nieces. Jo Ann loved all of her family and friends dearly and was loved by all.

Jo Ann loved children and spent her life showing them God's love. After earning a teaching degree from College of the Ozarks, Ms. Woodruff touched many lives while teaching kindergarten in Alma, AR from 1987 to 2003. She loved to draw and paint, particularly pictures of her cats, flowers and wildlife.

A memorial service will be held November 28, 2021 at 1:00 pm at The Heritage Room at Burns Park, 28 Championship Dr, North Little Rock, AR.  In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Arkansas Hospice Foundation. The Family would like to thank the staff at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home for their compassionate care they gave to Jo Ann.
