John Russell Baskin age 44 of Russellville died Sunday, July 8, 2012. He was born December 7, 1967 at Chula Vista, CA to Sherry Conard and Don Baskin. He graduated from Danville High School in 1986, he was a Army Veteran and a Independent Trucking Agent. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Nora Baskin and Russ and Edna Conard. Survivors include his daughter, Ali Baskin of Dover; his mother and step father, Sherry and Lynn Tidwell of Danville; father, Don Baskin of Longview, TX; brother and sister-in-law, David and Tina Baskin of Elm Springs; sister and brother-in-law, Wendi and Johnny Metcalf of Dardanelle; nephews and nieces, Reigen Baskin, Madison Baskin, Garrett Baskin all of Elm Springs, Johnathan Metcalf and Josh Metcalf both of Russellville and a host of friends. Funeral services will be held at 10:00A.M., Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at Cornwell Chapel in Danville with Bro. John McCourt officiating. Burial will be in Earl Ladd Cemetery in Danville. Visitation will be held Tuesday, 6:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at the chapel. Pallbearers: Steven Dale, Scott Robinson, Nick Taylor, Nate Hoffman, Johnny Metcalf, Kenny Johnston.
