John Daniel Canada age 48 of Havana passed away Friday, September 30, 2016 at his home.

He was born April 30, 1968 in Danville, AR. to the late John Grady & Barbara Corley Canada. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Oliver & Lola Corley; parents; brothers, Steven Canada; John Wesley Canada; sisters, Johnnie Faye Canada; and Deb Crum.

Survivors include his son, Daniel Canada; mother of his son Laura Canada both of Austin, TX; daughter, Amanda Erickson; mother of his daughter, Lisa Erickson, both of Red Wing, MN; sister, Mary Ann Bradley of Warren; four brothers, Robert Canada of Magazine; Mark Canada of Magazine; Brian Canada of Booneville; Rodney Canada of Magazine; and several nephews and nieces.

Memorial service 9 am Wednesday October 5, 2016 at New Life Outreach with Rev. W.A. Gorman officiating.
