Jack Carroll

John William Jack Carroll Jr. age 62 of Louisville, KY, died Sunday, October 9, 2010 at his sons home in Pottsville, AR. He was born December 14, 1948 at Louisville, Kentucky to the late John William Carroll Sr. and Mary Rose Mills. He was of the Catholic Faith and was a member of the St. Paul Catholic Church in Louisville. He was a member of the American Disabled Veterans. He loved fishing, being on the water and most of all he loved his family. He is preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Patrick Carroll.

Survivors include three children, John W. Carroll III of Louisville, KY, Darby Carroll Sr. and wife Judy of Pottsville, AR, Zoe Carroll of Dallas, TX; one brother, Michael Carroll and wife Ann of Louisville, KY; two sisters, Eileen Jabroski and husband John, Shannon Hardy and husband Larry all of Louisville, KY; three grandchildren, Darby Carroll Jr of Tucson, AZ, Dayton Carroll of Louisville, KY, Natanaha Primm of Dallas, TX; one God Daughter, Ashley Hardy of Louisville, KY and many other relatives. The family will hold a Memorial Service at a later date.
