John Johnson John Edward Johnson age 70 of Dardanelle died Sunday, December 1, 2013 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home. He was born August 17, 1943 at Newport to the late George Clifton and Izetta Odell Love Johnson. He was a Navy Veteran and a lifetime member of the VFW in Sapulpa, OK. He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Jimmy Johnson; a granddaughter, Nichole Johnson and a son-in-law, JM Graves III. Survivors include his wife, Sharon Johnson of Dardanelle; two daughters, Vickie Pierce and husband Don of Broken Arrow, OK, Izetta Nichole Graves of Dardanelle; three sisters, Shirley Malenshek of Dardanelle, Mary Foster of Russellville, Peggy Dawson of Dardanelle; three grandchildren, Kourtney Pierce, Madison Graves, Jake Graves. Graveside services will be held at 2:00P.M., Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at Brearley Cemetery in Dardanelle. Pallbearers will be Doug Linker, Mark Linker, Ike John Freeman, Brent Linker, Joseph Linker, Don Pierce.
