On Monday May 11 th , Randy Krablin, 73, of England AR, while in the presence of his Beloved wife and his two sons by his side, was peacefully called into the loving arms of our Heavenly Father.
Randy was born on December 22 nd 1946 in Dewitt, AR. to his mother June Krablin and raised by his grandparents J.B. and Halle Krablin. Randy was a member of the Landmark Baptist Church in England, Arkansas.
In 1973, Randy graduated with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Education from the State College of Arkansas (UCA). He began his education career at Stuttgart High School, and during his tenure he married the love of his life, Denise Flanakin on September 28 th 1973. He soon transferred to teach at England High school for five years. Together, the Krablin's raised two amazing boys Justin and Joshua.
While teaching for the School of England, Randy began working part time with the Lonoke County Police Auxiliary. To serve his community, He joined the City of England's Police Department. Randy became highly respected as a strong pillar of the community. He enjoyed his work for almost 17 years as the Chief of Police for the City of England, AR. Randy also served his community with 20 years as a member of England's Fire Department. In 1999, Randy continued his career in Law Enforcement to include an additional 15 years as a Corporal for the State Capitol Police to retire May 2014.
If you stepped foot into the Krablins' home, you would step into Country. You would be amazed at the rustic western décor on every wall. Statues of Cowboys and Indians, beautiful paintings and figurines of horses in every corner-- truly express his passions. Randy enjoyed many things in his life, but most was his wife's home-style country cooking, old time western movies, his huge lap dog Haley, riding his horse and motorcycle, and spending time with his hunting buddy, his sidekick, and best friend Ronnie Fields.
Randy was a strong patriarch of his family. He loved his wife and helpmate of 46 years. His proudest achievement was that of a father. He loved his sons and did his best to teach and guide them, and instill upon them the morals and values he held so dear. He loved and cherished his four granddaughters; Braeden, Halle Blake, Kaylee, and Josie. He was a great friend to us all! He was a remarkable man that would give you the shirt off his back. A man that when he gave his handshake, it was his word, and that word was his bond. What did Randy teach us all? Live life to the fullest; forgive quickly; be kind to others; love wholeheartedly; show gratitude; do the best we can; and most importantly… Enjoy the ride!
