John Clarence Pelts, age 67 of Scranton, passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at his home. He was born April 5, 1957 in Clarksville, Arkansas to the late Clarence Pelts and Mary Butler Pelts. He loved watching Nascar and old game shows. He also liked hunting and rodeo's. John was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Randy Pelts.

Survivors include two sisters, Cheryl Heath (Vernon) of Scranton, Shela Delgado of Clarksville; three brothers, Chad Pelts of Scranton, Rick Pelts of Dardanelle, Mark Pelts of Fort Smith; three nieces, Olivia Flint of Scranton, Lakeshia Pelts of Clarksville, Lakelyn Keylon (Matt) of Utah; two nephews, Joshua Flint (Ronda) of Scranton, Jacob Flint (Lindsey) of Symra, Tennessee; three great nieces and five great nephews.
