John Paul Standridge, age 83 of Harkey Valley, passed away Friday, December 30, 2022 at his home. He was born April 24, 1939 in Dover, Arkansas to the late Delbert E. Standridge and Louvina Roach. He loved fishing, gardening and working in his sawmill. John was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Ricky and Paul Standridge; brothers, Charles and James Standridge and a sister, Lois Hurley.

Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Patricia "Sharon" Standridge; four children, John Standridge, Delbert Standridge, George Standridge, Wayne Gray; one brother, Earnest Standridge; two sisters, Margaret Ann Freeman, Martha Jane Whitbey; thirteen grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
