John Earnest Yard Jr. age 30 of Dardanelle died Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at his home. He was born May 14, 1987 at Russellville to John Earnest Yard Sr. and Angela Shaddon Peeks. He loved race cars and going fishing. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Jenesie Yard; his grandparents, Robert and Lucille Yard and Boyce Shaddon.

Survivors include his father, John Yard Sr. (Jean) of Dardanelle; mother, Angela Peeks (Ronald) of Morrilton; one sister, Tabatha Lee (Josh) of Morrilton; one brother, Brandon Peeks of Morrilton; one step brother, Eric Rogers of Russellville; one step sister, Kristy Davis of Dardanelle and two nieces, Hazel Lee and Madison Lee of Morrilton.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00P.M., Saturday, March 3, 2018 at New Hope Cemetery in Dardanelle with Bro. Terry Anthony officiating. Visitation will be held Friday, 5:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at the chapel.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Cornwell Funeral Home, 207 Quay Street, Dardanelle, Arkansas 72834 to offset funeral expenses.
