Johnnie Leon Lievsay age 80 of Dardanelle, passed away Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at Dardanelle Nursing and Rehab Center. He was born February 1, 1945 in Delaware, Arkansas to the late John Cecil Lievsay and Essie Marie Foster Lievsay. Johnnie loved fishing, hunting, doing yard work and word searches, watching his westerns and listening to old country music. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Cecil Lievsay, Hubert Lievsay, Luther Lievsay and a sister, Mary Alls.

Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Linda Lievsay; children, Tammy Carlin (John), Ima-Jean Lievsay-Wilson; bonus daughter, Tonya Lievsay; two brothers, Philip Lievsay (Linda), David Lievsay; five grandchildren, Nathan Jewell (LaQuita), Charity Pyle (Matthew), Alexis Carlin, Johnathan Lievsay-Wilson, Rachael Carlin, and special friends, Tiffany, Rolanda (Wesley), Walter and Jackie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Visitation will be held Monday, 5:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10:00A.M. at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle with Ed Laroe officiating.
