Johnnie Ray Treadwell Jr. age 28 of Ola died Saturday, March 10, 2018. He was born August 14, 1989 at Russellville to Johnnie Ray Treadwell Sr. and Chiquita Goff. He was preceded in death by his Pepaw, Clifford Goff; grandparents, Jim and Jonita Treadwell; niece, Toni Moody and one unborn child.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley Treadwell; father, Johnnie Treadwell Sr.; mother, Chiquita Hunnicutt and companion Steve; son, Coltin Treadwell; daughter, Caila Treadwell; one sister, Bridgette Moody and husband Justin; brothers, Martin Javalera and wife Skylar, Alex Javalera and wife Debra; nieces and nephews, Gracie, Gemma, Bella, Zoey, Lucas, Kaylee, Cora, Olive and Carter and grandmother, Linda Goff.
