Johnny Lee Bloxham age 72 of Plainview passed away Sunday January 22, 2017 at Mitchell's Nursing Home.

Johnny was born October 18, 1944 in Cimarron, New Mexico to the late O.J. & Alva Carter Bloxham.

He was a retired pipeline welder. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Sheila Shaffer Bloxham and son Nathan Lee Bloxham.

Survivors include his brother, Roy Dean Bloxham; sisters, Geraldine Earl, Rita Barrett, Dona Carley, Stella Greer, Ruthie Chronister, Nancy Beried; caregiver, Gala Leach of Plainview.

Graveside service will be 1:00 pm January 24, 2017 at Salem Cemetery with Bro. Bruce Swanson officiating.
