Johnny Lee Millard age 66 of Danville passed away Friday, April 28, 2023 at his home.

Johnny was born December 21, 1956 in Danville, Arkansas to the late Chesley & Hilda Hipp Millard. He was retired from the Yell County Phone Company.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Rita Miller; and brothers-in-law, Bobby Ray Miller and Ricky James.

Survivors include his wife, Pamela Millard; son, Tel & Shannon Millard of Danville; stepsons, Blake & Chelsea Defoor of Waldron; Trent & Suzanne DeFoor of Danville; sisters, Phyllis & Calvin Billingsley of Mulberry and Kathy & Mike Worsham of Ranger; brothers, Billy & Cookie Millard of Dardanelle; Dennis & Cheryl Millard of Dardanelle; brothers & sisters-in-law, Malvin & Vickie James of Danville; Ronnie & Paula James of Richmond, TX.; Peggy Hall of Springdale; Patty & Brian Kutach of Pottsville; grandchildren, Dakota Millard, Kynlee Millard, Emily Defoor, Kaleb Defoor and Carter Defoor; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
