Jose P. Costes, Jr. age 77 of Dardanelle passed away Friday, April 30, 2021.  He was born October 20, 1943 in Binalonan Pangasinan, Philippine Islands to the late Jose and Eutropia Peregrino Costes.  He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, The Knights of Columbus and A United States Navy Veteran. Jose was an employee of Dow Chemical for 21 years and Firestone for 18 years before his retirement.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Martha Jaggers Costes; two children, Becky Costes Vestal (ED) and Susie Costes; four sisters; two brothers; five grandchildren Jake McGuire (Shannon), Jordan McGuire (Titia), Hatley Kisling (Corey), Brianna Pruitt (Logan) and Tate Vestal; 10 great grandchildren, MaKynzi, Ellie, Brooklynn, Levi, and Lakyn McGuire, Ava Ben and Easton Kisling, Camdyn and Mabry Pruitt and many nieces, nephews and friends.

A Rosary will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, May 6 ^th , 2021 at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Dardanelle.  Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Thursday, May 6 ^th , 2021 at the funeral home.
