Joseph Jess Brown Jr. age 52 of Dover passed away Sunday, August 8, 2021 at his home. He was born October 27, 1968 in Arkadelphia, Arkansas to the late Joseph Jess Brown Sr. and Betty Madden. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Jimmy Brown.

Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Brown of Dover; his children, Jessica Brown of Dover, Joyce Craig (James) of Clarksville; two brothers, Roger J. Brown (Dona) of DeKalb, Texas, Jess J. Brown of DeKalb, Texas and three grandchildren, Joe Brown, Aly Craig and Austin Craig.
