Joshlyn Kay Sams age 31 of Dardanelle passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at her home after a lifelong battle with Lupus. She was born January 31, 1986 at Russellville to Josh Wesley and Judy Taylor. She was preceded in death by her mother, Judy Taylor.

Survivors include her husband, Justin Sams of Dardanelle; parents, Josh and Lisa Wesley of Dardanelle; two children, Juslyn Sams and Jaylynn Sams both of Dardanelle; one sister, Amanda Taylor of Dardanelle; one brother, Jace Wesley of Dardanelle; grandmother, Emma Grace Wesley of Dardanelle; father and mother-in-law, Bill and Renee Sams of Dardanelle; one brother-in-law, Cody Sams and wife Taylor of Dardanelle; one niece, Kadie Sams of Dardanelle and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other loved ones.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00A.M., Saturday, September 9, 2017 at Oak Grove Cemetery in Dardanelle with Jim Benfer officiating.

Pallbearers will be Justin Sams, Cody Sams, Jace Wesley, Robert Stone, Bill Sams, Shane Crow.
