Joyce Lynnette Ballinger age 72 of Russellville passed away Friday, January 10, 2020. She was born October 17, 1947 at Mount George, Arkansas to the late Jimmy Lee Ballinger and Edith Florene Garner Ballinger. She was a member of the Eastern Star and the Mount George Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Homer, Marion, Jackie, Earl, Tommy and sisters, Mary and Billie.

Survivors include her children, Tom Ballinger (Denise), Peter Kelly (Teena), Andrea Mattingly (Gerard), Van Greek (Julie), April Galarza (Joey); siblings, Willie Ballinger, Betty Barnes, Tommie Liska, Pam Cox, Pansy Nail and grandchildren, Megan Ballinger, Alonna Wright, Shelby Kelly, Kylie Kelly, Robert Andrew Stokes, Savannah Cessna, Elizabeth Greek, Cayden Galarza and Della Galarza.

The family would like to give a special thanks to her friend, Mitch Collins.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00A.M., Thursday, January 16, 2020 at the Mount George Church of Christ.
